Advanced Ripening Technologies was contracted by One Banana to provide a turnkey solution for their first ripening facility in the USA.
Equipment was sourced from Europe with system efficiency a top priority.
System benefits include:
- EC fans on a rotating frame
- Stainless Steel cooling coils
- Reverse air flow with equal efficiency
- Movable side baffles for ultimate loading flexibility
- Centralised gas analysing system for ethylene and C02 control
- Variable speed Grundfos pumps for precise flow
Advanced Ripening team worked along side locally appointed mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression contractors to deliver the project to the customer on time and within budget in July 2025.
